As a project manager, producer and social scientist, Maya brings a critical, cross-cultural lens and strong conceptual thinking to her work with Shifting Ground.

Since 2021, with precision and care, and a focus on building trust and clarity, Maya has supported the delivery of complex strategic and training projects across government, community, cultural, and corporate sectors.

This recently includes managing the development of a First Nations module for the Australian & New Zealand School of Government, a five-year strategy with YIRRAMBOI and City of Melbourne, and coordinating the implementation of nationwide consultancy engagements.
